I eat here perhaps once a week. Was heart broken over the loss of the shell-less spicy south western shrimp. I refuse to peel the ones now, with the shell. Best Asian buffet in town. Actually is mostly Asian style food selection. Has a few chicken nuggets and french fries, but is predominantly chinese-ish food. I recommend if you're looking for the mostly chinese style food in town...

For people who know anything about food know that the quality of food at Chente?s Restaurant is the best in Alice. I?ve eating other place?s in town and paid just as much or more and the food was no where as good and the service was very bad. At Chente?s Restaurant they always make sure their customers leave satisfied.

Dairy Burger

The name is a bit deceiving since the best thing on the menu are not the burgers. Order their steak strip basket, then mix their salsa with your gravy (trust me) and dip your strips in it for a mouth-watering experience. Don't get me wrong, the burgers are excellent, as is pretty much everything else they serve, but the steak strips are the crown jewel of the menu. Nevermind the fact that their iced tea (sweet or unsweetened) is the best you'll ever have. Mix the unsweetened version with their lemonade and you have a hybrid of flavor! If you're lucky, you just might have the heir to the Dairy Burger throne, Nashville Recording Artist Kelly Kenning come on in with guitar in tow and sing you a song or two. Don't blow through Alice without stopping in for a tea or some strips.
